Amazon, ebay, Walmart, etc.) is used to purchase a product, the customer is requested to first attempt to return in accordance with the 3rd party return policy. Our support has discretionary means to address failures of 3rd party returns on a case by case basis.
Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 30 calendar days of the purchase. The item must unopened and in its original condition.
